Yes, this job is entirely online, and there is no requirement for in-person attendance. You can perform all tasks and responsibilities remotely, providing flexibility in your work environment.
We occasionally organize retreats where employees are invited to join. For these retreats, we cover the costs of flight tickets, accommodation, and food. It's completely optional for employees to participate based on their preferences and availability.
